AL St. Moritz
Closing Weeks

AL enters its final chapter for this season.

For the last two weeks, the Playground Garage becomes a stage for two distinct culinary moments, defined by collaboration, precision, and clear points of view.

Not a retrospective. Not a best-of.

A conscious ending.

22–25 January:
Ludovico Rolandi & Graziano Pagliarulo

A shared menu shaped by southern Italian roots and European fine dining.

Ludovico Rolandi, former chef at Yeast (Geneva), shaped by formative years at Mugaritz, cooks together with Graziano Pagliarulo, joining from Eliane (Brussels) — where precision, restraint, and depth define the plate.

29 January – 1 February:
Yuttakan Pongkunsup (Oad)

The final act of AL.

Widely regarded as the best Thai chef in Switzerland, Oad presents a cuisine defined by depth, balance, and absolute precision.

He leads three restaurants in Geneva, each rooted in tradition and executed with clarity and restraint.
